Spain's finance minister predicts downturn
MADRID (MarketWatch) -- Spain's newly appointed Economics Minister, Luis de Guindos, said Monday that the country will see negative economic growth in the final quarter of 2011 and the first quarter of the new year, technically putting it back into recession.
